- All photos available for purchase on the Site are sold as hard copies and will be shipped worldwide.
- Payments are accepted only in US Dollars (USD). The total price at checkout will include the cost of the photo and any applicable shipping charges.
- No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been submitted to the printer.
2. Photo Selection and Customization
- It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct photo and size as per their requirements before completing the order.
- Changes to the order, including changes of mind, will not be accepted once the order has been sent to the printer.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship photos securely packed in a cardboard tube to ensure they arrive safely.
- Shipping times may vary based on the destination, and additional shipping charges will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
- International shipping may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any such charges.
4. Damage During Shipping
- In the unlikely event that your photo is damaged during shipping or the outer cardboard tube is visibly damaged, you must:

- Attach photos clearly showing the damage to the photo or packaging.
- After review and approval from our team, we will send you a replacement photo at no additional cost.
- Claims for damage that are not reported on the day of delivery or without photographic evidence will not be considered.

- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders. It is essential that customers review their selection before placing the order.
- Replacements will only be issued for items that are damaged during transit, following the procedure outlined above.
6. Intellectual Property
All images sold on the Site remain the intellectual property of Anil Gaba Photography. By purchasing a photo, you are buying a physical copy and not the rights to reproduce or distribute the image in any form.
