For more than 35 years, Anil Gaba has travelled across India and beyond with a camera in hand — documenting wildlife, fashion, weddings, and the quiet dignity of portraits. His work has taken him from the deserts of Rajasthan to the heights of Ladakh, and into rooms with three Prime Ministers, a President, and some of India's most respected royal families.
His photography has been recognised with India's President's Award, honours from the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Defence, and commissions from India Today, Autocar India, and numerous coffee-table books on Rajasthan, the Indian Armed Forces, and the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Today, his archive holds more than 2.5 million photographs — a lifetime spent, as he puts it, capturing movement. Every print available here is drawn from that same body of work: patient, honest, and unmistakably his own.
